[Help Request] One Piece Super Grand Battle X Translation

Hello GBATemp,

i was looking into translate the latest One Piece 3DS game, but I have no clue how to edit the files! They are almost all packed in ".jARC"-File, which can be unpacked through a QuickBMS script (Found here: http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers/bms/others/jarc.bms)

However, when unpacked, the .jARC contains alot of other files which have different ".j*"-Extension.
For example: ".jIMG, .jMDL, .jTEX, .jMSG, etc."

Is there anyone who knows how to make those files...
