as many of you know, 11.8 on the 3ds now checks if your ticket is legit or not. if it's not a purchased one you won't be able to download the game directly from Nintendo servers. the only way to download games as of now is to get them from the internet, which sucks because the cia files are a bit awkward. what i am asking is: is there a website where i can download GOOD 3ds cia dumps? (by "GOOD" i mean like the ones freeshop and cartridge dumps offered).
