3dsconv v4.2 - is it still the best to use for converting all my .3ds games to cia?

As title, just wondering if this is still the best/quickest/easiest app to use for converting all .3ds roms to .cia format, so I can finally bin the Gateway card?

Any issues with newer games, not that there are many new releases now!
