How to install cia without launching into homemenu

So I was follow this guide and was changing HEX color values for the five icons on top of lower screen making them all 19 19 70 (dark blue color) and when i was done I installed the new file without encrypting it before installing it. I forgot I needed to do that because Iv'e edited the sleep screen yesterday and over looked it.

I have a backup cia i can install to get back how it was before (working w/ custom sleep screen) but don't know how to...
