Activity Log & Mii Plaza Question about their save data...

Just want to ask question where i can find the save data files for Activity Log & Mii Plaza...

Cuz i want to delete the history of Activity Log without formating the 3ds...

And is there a way on how to backup save on Mii Plaza so i can easily restore my achievments, friends etc...
