Is anyone working on a Rune Factory 4 undub?

I really don't want to put up with the horrible English dub.
Has anyone attempted making an undub yet?

I did some research but I've come up with nothing, so I'm sorry if this has been asked before.
Also, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum so... sorry for that too.

EDIT 8/4/15: Scrangos has more or less finished work on an undub.
