I found a save file that I want to import onto my stella glow cia but not sure in how to do it do I use the save data manager program or something else I have an o3ds running on 9.2 with rxtools

As of now, there are a very small number of available Legit CIAs released on the web. I read a little on FunkyCIA2 and it looked harmless enough for those with 9.2 or below CFW/GW to create Legit CIAs from their eShop content. And now the question...

Why are their so few people contributing legit CIAs? I'm most likely over looking a large portion of the actual work put into it though.

I have an American 2DS and just recently moved to Australia which is about to have the Hoopa event so I have one question: Is it possible to spoof my region through HANS or whatnot to get the event? Thanks for the help!

I'm not sure what these codes do because the games not released in Europe so I can't test them. I got these codes from a file in the USA version of the game. If any of these are wrong when the game is released I will update them.

I made a program last days, and i thought it could be usefull for more people. So I made a few adjustments and decided to release it.

The Idea is actually stolen from UpdateCDN and NUSDownloader. It downloads a title and wrap it as a .cia file (if you want), or it download whole firmwares.
This file doesn't need any additional .csv files. it downloads the complete list from http://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/reports.php and cycle through the titles and decide what to downloads....

Installing CIA error on gateway, what it is and how to fix it?

Recently I've been trying to install this translated DLC CIA, but I've read that Gateway is unable to install custom CIA. However, I asked in the Gateway Support forums, and experienced users have told me otherwise, and that Gateway IS able to install CIA without signatures. Here are my errors when trying to install this. The first error image is from FBI, the second is from Big Blue Menu.

MH4U ntr cheat plugin

THIS PLUGIN WILL ONLY WORK ON NEW3DS, NOT OLD3DS!

Tested with BootNTR.cia (NTR 3.0), N3DS XL emunand 9.0 Gateway, MH4U US cia version. Base on cell9's Zelda cheat plugin and base pointer of Seeker14491. Because Seeker base pointer is "not so base", so in some mission the plugin just doesn't work. In that case you have to try a difference mission.

Features:
- Set all items on first 3 pages of item pouch and gunner pouch. I ignore extra pouch because I just don't want crappy items add...
