Why is Fire emblem warrior Japanese when title is USA?

i tried luma locale but but no chance
it happen to pokemon series as well but pokemon have language change menu on first open

i downloaded CIA file from WiiU Usb helper

I don't really care if it's possible to extract them and do things with them in actual modelling programs, I just need to know if it's possible to open and properly view them. I'm looking mainly for the textures of the models, but the last time I asked around, I heard something about how the extensions that Triple Deluxe use can't be opened yet. However, that was a while ago, so I'm hoping by now, something has changed.

By the way, I tried searching for this previously, so hopefully this...

Latest ongoing (slowly working on it) web app. Made using the Polymer framework.

Doesn't need FEAST! It currently can edit only hair colors and names, and duplicate, delete and share units online. This was updated as of October 13th GMT-5 Currently this doesn't work with Japanese files, only use European and American saves. The files you need to open are Chapter files with no extension.

Hey guys, I know there's already a few Monster Hunter X save editors, but I noticed that they're not really being updated anymore so I thought I'd make one. This is a save editing tool for both Monster Hunter X and Monster Hunter Generations. It's not fully complete yet and I'll be adding more to this in the future.

having issues with NTR plugin

sometimes it works great (mario kart 7)

sometimes it doesn't show up at all (star fox 3d)

and sometimes.... it shows up and doesn't really do anything it says (majoras mask, smash bros 3ds)

how do I use this properly? how does NTR work right?

After a while of testing, I got some pretty nice textures in ACNL. Figured I'd actually release what

This save editor does have bugs, one being that it directly modifies the save files that it opens, so make a backup of the save file before opening it with this editor. Also this editor is written in a very old language, however should still work for what it is intended to do. I used another source program written in the said language as a template, and made this Editor. When someone else create an SSB3DS editor and release it, that editor will most likely supersede this one.
