For all you peeps that have already played the WiiU Hyrule Warriors or just can't be ass'ed to do the grind in the game
The offsets and save editors featured work for the saves in all regions, but currently, the NTR plugin only works with the Japanese version.

I just want to know if there is a way to install .cia files on emunand with wifi or if it is even possible? Its because I want to get bravely second on my sd card but the file is 2.68 gb and I have that much on my sd card but it take the double amount to install it.Please someone help me?

Recently, the community dshack.org have been making Custom Tracks for Mario Kart 7, there are only a few Custom Tracks right now, so don't expect this hack pack to be like MKWII's CTGP revolution.

I just installed the latest NTR cfw (I'm on Rxtools 9.2) and every time I run the NTR cfw it loads up fine and the menu comes up correctly in the bottom screen when I press x+y but the plugin manager for cheats never shows up.

I've tried various things such as creating my own .plg files and using ones from this forum and other sites but the plugin manager option doesn't show.

Does the manager not work on backup games and only cartridges?

As the title says, i want in the charm of romhacking the 3ds japanese games, but i don't have the physical console, is there anyway i can unpack a 3ds game release without the need of a physical/3rd party hardware ?

Hey guys,

I just saw that there is a promotion for Shovel Knight and I wanted to buy it.
So I quickly deleted the game from my 3DS from a pervios .cia install and tried to buy it.

But the eShop is only giving me the option to download it again.
Why is that? Is it somehow able to buy it anyway?
I tried downloading it, but after its finished I just get a error message. (Code 007-6106)

It is possible to buy it at the offical nintendo website. If I buy it there, what will happen?

Use ar2bin to convert a cheat code into a cht file. By default, arcode.bin will load arcode.cht from the root.

Should work on All Old 3DS FW 9.X versions except anything higher then 9.5.0-22.

A hans rom patch that can guarantee 100% chance of the otherwise random spawning of Fiends in Shin Megami Tensei IV. I'm tired of popping in and out of rooms waiting for each to spawn.

And if you could make any\all forms of recruiting demons have 100% success rate, that'd be wonderful.
